Ion Media Networks has postponed the launch of Ion Television network in HD from Feb. 16 to March 16. The officials stated this move is due to that they wanted to reduce consumer confusion surrounding Congress’ decision to move the DTV hard date.
Ion has scheduled to launch HD in 20 markets where it has TV stations on Feb. 16. Now, those same 20 will launch March 16, with the other 40 stations coming on board later in the year.
