USA Hockey Announces Qwest Tour 2009-10 Schedule

USA Hockey has announced Qwest Communications as the Qwest Tour’s title sponsor. Women’s National Team will play 10 games to prepare for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. Qwest Tour will begin with WCHA All-Stars game on Sept. 25, 2009, at the Xcel Energy Center and will end in February 2010.

Qwest communication sponsor USA Hockey for more than a year and utilize its technology to create more exposure to the game. Rich Karlis, Qwest director of sponsorships and events said “Qwest is thrilled to support the U.S. Women’s National Hockey Team and to be a part of their journey to the 2010 Olympic Games, The Qwest Tour brings world-class match-ups to fans across the U.S. and Qwest services will bring USA Hockey fans closer to the action as the team prepares to compete for Olympic gold.”
